Yup....it's for everyone, but just as with any journal, one would not want to put the deepest, darkest secrets in writing. A manager I once worked with told me
"Never put anything in writing that you would not want published in the newspaper or posted by the hospital cafeteria door."

At this point it is for all the world to see. If we don't like that, in the future we can change it.

I've found that to be VERY true.
